Every kind of care, in one place.
The visits that keep every other visit unnecessary.
Cleanings, exams, night guards, and early detection — the routine work that catches problems while they’re still small and inexpensive to treat.
Clinical images on this page represent work performed at Pure Dental Care by Dr. Nazia Ahmed, DDS, FAGD. Individual results vary.
Dental Examinations (X-Rays, Intraoral photos, Cancer Screening)
A thorough exam includes digital X-rays, Intraoral photos, and oral cancer screening so Dr. Ahmed can see what the eye alone cannot. Frequency is tailored to your risk level.
More about Dental Examinations (X-Rays, Intraoral photos, Oral Cancer Screening) →Routine Cleaning
Routine cleanings remove plaque and tartar that home care can’t reach. Your hygienist also polishes away surface stains and reviews home-care techniques.
More about Routine Cleaning →Mouthguards
Mouthguards provide comfortable protection against tooth damage caused by grinding, clenching, and sports injuries, helping maintain healthy teeth and a confident smile.
More about Mouthguards →Occlusal Splints (Nightguards)
Custom-fitted night guards protect enamel from grinding and ease jaw tension far more effectively than over-the-counter versions. We also make protective sports mouth guards.
More about Occlusal Splints (Nightguards) →Sealants
Sealants shield the deep grooves of back teeth from decay. Fluoride treatments strengthen enamel, especially helpful for patients with higher cavity risk.

Crowns, bridges, fillings, implants, and dentures — each chosen according to how much healthy tooth structure remains.
Tooth-Colored Fillings
Modern composite resin fillings match your natural enamel and bond directly to the tooth, preserving more healthy structure than older metal fillings.
More about Tooth-Colored Fillings →Bridges
Dental bridges replace missing teeth, restore chewing function, maintain proper alignment, and support a natural-looking, confident smile.
More about Bridges →Implants
Implants replace the root of a missing tooth and support a crown, bridge, or denture. Dr. Ahmed also performs grafting when needed to prepare the site.
More about Implants →Overdentures
Partial or full dentures are designed to your bite and facial structure. When multiple teeth need restoration, cases are planned as one coordinated sequence.
More about Overdentures →Gum Grafting
Scaling, root planing, and more frequent maintenance visits to control early gum disease and protect the supporting tissues around your teeth.
More about Gum Grafting →Crowns
Dental crowns restore damaged or weakened teeth, improving strength, function, appearance, and protection while creating a natural-looking smile.
More about Crowns →Inlays and Onlays
For damage too large for a standard filling but not extensive enough for a full crown, inlays and onlays repair the tooth while preserving more natural structure.
More about Inlays and Onlays →Root Canal
Root canal treatment helps preserve damaged or infected teeth by removing infection, relieving discomfort, and restoring the tooth’s function while avoiding unnecessary extraction.

Bonding, whitening, veneers, and clear aligners — planned with an eye for proportion and natural results.
Bonding
Chips, gaps, and small imperfections are often fixable in a single visit with composite bonding sculpted and polished to match your enamel.
More about Bonding →Teeth Whitening
In-office and take-home whitening options are calibrated to your enamel and goals. We’ll flag any existing crowns or bonding that won’t lighten with natural teeth.
More about Teeth Whitening →Porcelain Veneers
Thin, custom porcelain shells that cover the front of teeth to correct color, shape, or minor alignment issues with a natural, stain-resistant finish.
More about Porcelain Veneers →Invisalign®
An almost invisible alternative to traditional braces for straightening teeth. Dr. Ahmed evaluates whether clear aligners are a good fit for your case.
More about Invisalign® →White Spot Removal
Eliminate unsightly tooth discoloration and restore a uniform, radiant smile with our safe white spot removal treatment.
More about White Spot Removal →Lumineers
We evaluate injuries from falls, sports, or accidents, control pain, and stabilize the situation so more definitive treatment can follow safely.
More about Lumineers →When something goes wrong, we make space for you.
Same-day attention for trauma, severe pain, swelling, or a tooth that can’t wait for a routine opening.

More about Diagnosis and Treatment for Trauma and Accident →Chipped Tooth, Lost Fillings, and Swellings
Quick repair of chips, re-cementing or replacing lost fillings, and management of swelling or infection so you can get comfortable again quickly.
More about Chipped Tooth, Lost Fillings, and Swellings →Emergency Root Canal or Extraction
When a tooth is severely infected or damaged, we provide urgent root canal therapy or extraction and discuss replacement options afterward.
More about Emergency Root Canal or Extraction →Targeted procedures for specific functional and soft-tissue needs.
Advanced soft-tissue and bite-related treatments that support comfort, function, and long-term oral health.
Adult Frenectomy
Release of a restrictive labial or lingual frenum that can contribute to gum recession, gaps between teeth, speech or tongue mobility issues, or denture instability. Often performed with laser for precision and faster healing.
More about Adult Frenectomy →Bite Adjustment
Selective reshaping of biting surfaces to reduce interferences, ease jaw strain, protect restorations, and improve overall comfort when the bite is uneven or causing wear.
More about Bite Adjustment →Laser Therapy
Soft-tissue laser procedures used for precise, minimally invasive treatment of gum tissue, frenectomy, contouring, and selected periodontal therapy — typically with less bleeding and quicker recovery than traditional methods.

How do I know if I need a crown, a filling, or bonding?
It comes down to how much healthy tooth structure remains. Dr. Ahmed will show you the imaging and explain the reasoning before recommending any option.
Does insurance cover this?
Preventive and restorative care is commonly covered in part by dental PPO plans; purely cosmetic work usually isn’t. We verify your specific benefits before any treatment begins.
Can I combine cosmetic and restorative work in one plan?
Yes — many patients do. Dr. Ahmed plans combined cases as a single sequence so each step, and each cost, is clear from the start.
Not sure where to start?
A first exam is the fastest way to find out what your smile actually needs.
